En mi caso estoy usando Private Internet Access (PIA) con port forwarding, con ello tengo el eMule con su puerto redireccionado, por lo que tengo ID Alta siempre sin exponer mi IP. Además tampoco guardan logs.

PIA solo permite hacer port forwarding (redireccionamiento de puertos, o el mal llamado abrir puertos) en 1 puerto, aunque lo recomiendo mucho.
También según la info de un hilo de Reddit podemos encontrar otras empresas de VPN que permiten hacerlos con varios simultáneamente, es dejo un spoiler con el link a Reddit y pego la info de dicho hilo.
Utilizo PIA tanto en Android como Windows, además tiene la opción para que esté activado solo en ciertas aplicaciones, por ejemplo algo esencial si estás en trackers privados nacionales, ya que al usar VPN te llevas un baneo rápido.
